what you need
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 recipe Coleslaw Dressing (Recipe follows)
- Creole seasoning to taste
- DRESSING
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 green onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
make it
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, and Coleslaw Dressing. Stir to blend thoroughly. Sprinkle with Creole seasoning. Refrigerate slaw for 2 hours before serving.
DRESSING: In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly.
