Peach Cobbler in a Slow Cooker

what you need
- 2 pkg. (16 oz. each) frozen peaches, thawed and drained
- 3/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp. sugar, divided
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 6 Tbsp. butter, cut into bits
make it
1) Combine peaches, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon and nutmeg in medium bowl. Place into slow cooker.
2) For topping, combine flour, remaining 1 tablespoon sugar and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in separate bowl. Cut in butter with pastry cutter or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over peach mixture.
3) Cover; cook on high 2 hours. Serve with freshly whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
