Avocado Bean Dip

what you need
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 large jar salsa
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • Chili powder to taste - more if you like it spicy, less if you don't
make it
Cut avocado into chunks removing the pit and the skin. Add remaining ingredients and mix well by hand.

Chill in fridge overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
Make sure your avocados are ripe or else they will be too hard and the flavors won’t soak in.

The real flavors don’t set in until you let it sit in the fridge.

This is always a hit and kind of healthy too!!
