what you need
  • 2 peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 wedge cantaloupe, diced
  • 2 apricots, diced
  • 12 strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 24 oz. 100% fruit juice (one or more kinds)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, minced
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • 2 cups plain yogurt, divided
  • Honey to taste
make it
Put half the fruit into a blender or food processor and puree well. Place in a large bowl; add the fruit juice and the juice from the lemon and lime, mint, cinnamon, nutmeg, and 1 cup of yogurt. Whisk well and add honey to taste. Put the remaining fruit into the mixture and refrigerate until chilled.

When ready to serve, top each portion with remaining yogurt and drizzle with honey.
Other fruits can be substituted. Be creative!
