what you need
- 1 tube (13.8-oz.) Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Crust
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
make it
Preheat oven to 400º. Spray or grease cookie sheet or pizza pan. (I use a 13-inch "thin crust" pizza pan) Unroll dough on greased cookie sheet or pizza pan. Press to desired size, shape and thickness.
Brush dough with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Top with mozzarella cheese and dollops of ricotta cheese.
Bake 10-15 minutes.
