what you need
- 1 dozen eggs, hard boiled
- 1 1/2-2 Tbsp. Kraft Light Mayo
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Paprika (optional)
make it
Hard boil all 12 eggs, let cool and remove shells. Cut eggs long-way and place yolks in a large mixing bowl and place white portion on a platter.
Add mayo, mustard, brown sugar, salt and pepper to bowl. (May need more or less of mayo/mustard...eyeball it). Use a hand mixer to whip mixture until as smooth as possible.
Spoon into egg white halves and sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Let chill for at least 15 minutes.
Notes
I make these every holiday, by request of everyone in my family. I've gotten so many requests for this recipe, I'm finally giving it away!
Deviled eggs are always a hit, but these are sure to have everyone guessing: "What's in these eggs?!" They'll be begging you to make these all the time and be ready to pass out the recipe!
