what you need
  • 1/2 cup tomato catsup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1 beef chuck steak (3 to 4 lb.)
make it
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, simmer 5 min cool.

After the marinade has cooled down, pour in a plastic bag, then put the steak in the bag and seal it.

Put it in the fridge and let it marinade up to 24 hours turning the bag several times to make sure the steak get covered well with the marinade. Grill to your liking.
