what you need
- 1 3/4 lb. new red potatoes, scrubbed
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
make it
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cut each potato into quarters. Place in a microwave-safe 9" square baking dish.
2. Combine butter, garlic, parsley, seasoned salt and paprika in a small blow and mix well. Pour evenly over potatoes.
3. Microwave on HIGH, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
4. Bake until golden, about 6 minutes.
