what you need
  • 1 small loaf Portuguese bread, hard roll or small baguette
  • 1 tomato
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
make it
1. Cut bread in half.

2. Toast bread, cut side up.

3. Cut the tomato in half. Rub the pulp onto the bread, squeezing out the juices.

4. Drizzle a little olive oil over the tomato juice. Sprinkle with salt, and then eat.
