Laid Back Broccoli Raisin Salad

what you need
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 medium apple, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large bunch broccoli
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
make it
Combine mayo, vinegar, and sugar with a whisk until smooth.

Add all other ingredients except for sunflower seeds, mix well.

Cover and chill 2 hours, then top with sunflower seeds before serving.
Notes
I use fat free mayo with no problems, may substitute walnuts or pecans for sunflower seeds. White wine vinegar or rice wine vinegar may also be used. This salad isn't too picky when it comes to ingredients, just keep the broccoli!
