Makes: 30 bars Total Time: 15 min

what you need
  • 2 cups honey
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups protein shake mix
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 4 cups crisp rice cereal, raisins, M&M's, nuts (any mixture)
make it
Mix first 6 ingredients (in a stand mixer is best). Add oats and mix well. Then add remaining items in any combination, equaling 4 cups.

Pat into an 11.5 x 15 pan and chill 1 hour.

Then cut into 30 bars, or roll into 30 balls and refrigerate in a single layer on a cookie sheet, then place in a covered container and keep stored in fridge.

The possibilities are endless with the different things you could add.
