Chai Tea Smoothie

what you need
  • 3 large scoops fat free vanilla frozen yogurt (or to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp. instant sweetened green tea mix
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • Dash nutmeg
  • Dash allspice
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder mix
  • 3/4 cup milk (eye ball it, or to taste)
  • Ice to taste (crushed is better)
make it
Put frozen yogurt in a blender. Then sprinkle in all the dry ingredients, and then pour on the milk.

Blend to combine, then add the ice to taste, blend until all combined. Enjoy!
I created this recipe after moving away from my favorite smoothie joint. It took me a while to figure out that what I need was the protein powder, because it adds something to the flavor and texture, and also makes it a great breakfast or light meal.
