Sun-Dried Tomato & Garlic Cheese Ball

what you need
  • 1 pkg. sun-dried tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 2 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
make it
Chop sun-dried tomatoes & press garlic. Place in large mixing bowl. Add cream cheese, 2/3 of the cheddar, and all spices. Use a fork to mash all ingredients together or knead ingredients until mixed thoroughly.

Roll mixture into a ball and roll in remaining 1/3 of the cheddar cheese.

Refrigerate overnight and remove from fridge 45 minutes before serving time to allow ball to soften.
