"Easy as Pie" Chicken Pot Pie

what you need
- 1 lb. chicken, cubed
- Salt, pepper, poultry seasoning to taste
- 1 can sliced carrots
- 1 can chopped/diced potatoes
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 can milk (can from soup)
- 1 package deep dish pie crust
make it
1. Cook chicken; while cooking sprinkle with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Put carrots, potatoes and peas in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, just to heat up.
2. While everything is cooking, mix soup, milk, salt & pepper, and a little poultry seasoning in a bowl. Drain veggies and mix with soup mixture. Mix cooked chicken with soup mixture
3. Spread pie crust in a deep dish (2 quart) and pour filling into pie crust. Cover with another pie crust and pinch edges together. Cut 4 slits in top towards middle to vent. I will put butter or egg wash on top crust so it turns golden and flakey.
4. Cook 30 minutes in 350 degrees F oven. Enjoy!
