what you need
  • Salad:
  • 1 bag shredded coleslaw
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds (shelled)
  • 1 pkg. pork ramen noodles
  • 1 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 3 or 4 green onions, chopped
  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Pork seasoning from ramen noodles
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar (not the salad dressing)
make it
Mix up salad ingredients.

Mix up vegetable oil, sugar, pork seasoning. Whisk in balsamic vinegar until thickens.

Pour over coleslaw mixture and toss together. Serve (If not serving don't add dressing until ready to serve).
