Orange-Glazed Cocoa Bundt Cake

- 3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup buttermilk or sour milk*
- ORANGE GLAZE:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 12 cup fluted tube pan. Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl until light and fluffy; stir in sour cream. Stir together flour, cocoa and salt. Stir baking soda into buttermilk in med. bowl; add alternately with dry ingredients to butter mixture. Beat 2 minutes.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely. Glaze with Orange Glaze; garnish as desired.
ORANGE GLAZE: Combine powdered sugar, melted butter or margarine, orange juice, vanilla and orange peel; beat until smooth.
Notes
*To sour milk: Use 1 Tbsp. white vinegar plus milk to equal 1 cup.
VANILLA GLAZE: Substitute 3 Tbsp. water for orange juice and omit orange peel.
