Lite 'N Tasty No Bake Lemon Cheesecake

what you need
  • 1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk, chilled
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
  • 16 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
make it
Chill evaporated milk. Melt butter and add crushed graham crackers and sugar. Save a little of this mixture for the top, and press the rest into a 9x13 pan. Place in refrigerator.

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Let partially set in refrigerator.

Whip evaporated milk. Add Philadelphia Cream Cheese (room temp), sugar and vanilla. Add partially set gelatin. Pour into crust and add extra crumbs on top.
