Porcupine Meatballs

what you need
  • 1/2 cup uncooked regular rice
  • 1-1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small can tomato soup
  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
make it
Wash, rinse, and drain rice. Combine meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into balls.

Heat soup, tomato sauce, and water in cooker. Put meatballs in cooker. Cook on low pressure for 10 min.

Take off heat and run cold water on lid to cool, and then remove lid.
This is so quick and easy. We just love this. You can, if you prefer, use 2 cans soup (skip tomato sauce).
