what you need
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried tarragon
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2-3 cups leftover turkey, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 pkg. (1 lb.) linguini, cooked to pkg. directions
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 2-3 Tbsp. butter, diced
  • 3-4 scallions, sliced thin for garnish
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, butter, garlic, tarragon, salt & pepper. Add turkey and linguini mixing well.

Pour into a greased 9x13x2 pan. Top with cheese then bread crumbs, and then dot with butter.

Bake 45 min to 1 hr till hot and bubbly. Pull out of oven and garnish with scallions and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Can substitute chicken for turkey.

Can use any cream soup.
