Nonny's Turkey Tetrazzini

what you need
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. dried tarragon
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2-3 cups leftover turkey, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 pkg. (1 lb.) linguini, cooked to pkg. directions
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 2-3 Tbsp. butter, diced
- 3-4 scallions, sliced thin for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, butter, garlic, tarragon, salt & pepper. Add turkey and linguini mixing well.
Pour into a greased 9x13x2 pan. Top with cheese then bread crumbs, and then dot with butter.
Bake 45 min to 1 hr till hot and bubbly. Pull out of oven and garnish with scallions and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Can substitute chicken for turkey.
Can use any cream soup.
