Grandma's Ham, Cheese, & Potato Casserole

what you need
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 32 oz. package hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients except corn flakes and butter.

Place casserole mixture in greased 9x13 pan, sprinkle with corn flakes, and drizzle with melted butter.

Bake for 30-35 minutes.
You can make up to the corn flake topping part and freeze for up to 1 month. Then add corn flakes & butter, and bake for 50 minutes after completely thawing casserole in refrigerator.
