Orange Chicken, Healthy Version

what you need
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • Couple cloves of garlic, minced
  • Couple shakes of red pepper flakes
  • Splash of sesame oil
make it
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breast and sear for 3 minutes per side.

Stir together orange juice concentrate, soy sauce, ginger, rice wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil.

Pour mixture over chicken, reduce heat and simmer 5-6 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Great served with some rice.
