Erica's Caramel Rolls

Makes: 12 rolls; 1 13 x 9 pan. Total Time: 8 hr

what you need
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 pkg. Rhodes large cinnamon rolls (6 count) or small (12 count) rolls in a bag (freezer)
make it
Heat brown sugar, butter & cream over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Let cool till warm.

Pour mixture into a 13 x 9 pan. Place rolls on top. Let rise 1-2 hours or covered overnight in fridge.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Notes
I usually let rise in fridge & take them out about an hour before baking.
