Potato Salad a la Keri

what you need
  • 2.5 cups cubed, cooked potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons celery seed
  • 3/4 cup Kraft Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles (dill or sweet depending on your preference)
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
make it
Sprinkle potatoes with sugar and vinegar and toss gently to coat.

Add remaining ingredients and toss to blend.

This recipe is easily doubled.

If you cook the potatoes in salted water, skip the extra salt.

I know it sounds strange, but adding the vinegar and sugar to the potatoes really perks up the standard potato salad.
