Sherry's Slow-Cooked Leftover Turkey Sandwiches

what you need
  • 6 cups cubed cooked leftover turkey
  • 2 cups cubed Kraft Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-fat condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-fat condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 22 whole wheat sandwich buns, split
make it
In a 3-quart slow cooker, combine the first 6 ingredients.

Cover, cook on low for 3-4 hrs or until veggies are tender and cheese is melted.

Stir well before spooning onto buns.
Notes
"Holidays 2009" These sandwiches are a simple, but tasty way to use up the leftover turkey.
