- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 5 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2-1/2 cups fat-free evaporated milk
- 2 cups Kraft shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese, divided
- 2 lb. medium potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
- 2 cups julienned fully cooked lite ham
- 2 cups broccoli florets (if frozen, thaw and pat dry)

In lg skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter for 4 min or until crisp-tender. Stir in flour, pepper and salt until blended. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil, cook, stir for 2 min or until thickened. Stir in 1 cup of cheese. Reduce heat, cook for 2 min or until cheese is melted. Remove from heat; gently stir in the potatoes, ham and broccoli.
Spray a 13-in x 9-in x 2-in baking dish with cooking spray. Transfer food to baking dish.
Cover, bake at 350°F for 40 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 25 min or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.

This is one of my granddaughters’ favorite meals. She could eat the whole thing.
