- 8 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 3/4 cup fat-free milk
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 5 oz. Kraft Velveeta Light, cubed
make it
Cook pasta as directed, drain.
Combine milk, flour and salt in lg saucepan, stirring with a whisk. Cook over med heat for 3 min, or until thickened, stir constantly with whisk. Add cheese, until cheese melts. Remove from heat.
Stir in pasta, serve immediately.

This is a low-fat, low-calorie way of enjoying a comfort food.
