Sherry's Walnut and Cranberry Butter

- 3/4 cup softened butter
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 cup fresh chopped cranberries
- 2 Tbsp. toasted Chopped walnuts

In mixing bowl, beat butter, brown sugar and honey until fluffy. Add cranberries and walnuts. Beat another 5 min, until butter turns pink.
Transfer to a lg piece of plastic wrap. Roll into a log.
Refrigerate until chilled, about 20 min. Unwrap, slice, and place on butter dish.
