Sherry's Walnut and Cranberry Butter

what you need
  • 3/4 cup softened butter
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 cup fresh chopped cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted Chopped walnuts
make it
In mixing bowl, beat butter, brown sugar and honey until fluffy. Add cranberries and walnuts. Beat another 5 min, until butter turns pink.

Transfer to a lg piece of plastic wrap. Roll into a log.

Refrigerate until chilled, about 20 min. Unwrap, slice, and place on butter dish.
"Holidays 2009" Serve this creamy, tart, sugary butter with the cheesy Christmas cranberry muffins. Perfect combo.
