Sherry's Mexican-Style Macaroni & Cheese - Slow Cooker Style

what you need
  • 5 cups rotini pasta
  • 2 cups cubed Kraft Reduced-Fat American Cheese
  • 1 can (12 oz.) fat-free evaporated milk
  • 1-1/2 cups Kraft Shredded Reduced-Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies, drained
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 med tomatoes, seeded, chopped
  • 5 green onions, sliced
make it
Combine all ingredients, except tomatoes and onions in slow cooker, mix well.

Cook on high for 2 hr, stirring a couple of times.

Stir in tomatoes and green onions, cook until hot & heated through.

A spiced-up mac & cheese that'll make you smile.
