Sherry's Pasta Shells Stuffed with Broccoli

what you need
- 24 jumbo shells
- 1 bag (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup Kraft Reduced-Fat Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Reduced-Fat Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) crushed tomatoes

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan with cooking spray. Cook shells as directed, drain, cool. In lg bowl, combine broccoli, cheeses, onions, spices, salt and pepper; mix gently but well.
Pour 1 cup tomatoes over bottom of pan, spoon 1 Tbsp. of broccoli mix into each shell. Place in an even layer in pan ontop of sauce. Top with remaining sauce. Cover with foil.
Bake for 25-30 min.
Notes
Very easy and quick to make. Good with a simple salad and crusty bread.
