Sherry's Scalloped Potatoes with Cheese and Ham

what you need
- 2 lb. medium-sized baking potatoes
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup Oscar Mayer Baked 96% Fat-Free Ham, diced
- 1-1/3 cups Kraft Shredded Reduced-Fat Swiss Cheese (or you can use shredded mozzarella cheese)
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft reduced-fat grated parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1-1/2 cups 1% milk

Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a lg casserole dish with cooking spray. Wash potatoes well, don't peel.
Slice potatoes, put in bottom of casserole dish. Follow with onions, and then ham. Top with 1/2 of the cheeses. Repeat layers, dot with butter. Add milk.
Cover, bake for 1 hr or until potatoes are tender.
Notes
You can serve this as a main meal or serve as a side dish.
