what you need
- 1/4 cup diced sweet onion
- 2 Tbsp. olive/canola oil mix
- 2-1/2 lb. peeled, deveined large raw shrimp
- 8 oz. Philadelphia Reduced-Fat Softened Cream Cheese
- 4 finely chopped green onions
- 1 celery rib, finely chopped
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 cup Kraft Reduced-Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Breakstone's Light Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. each salt & pepper

Saute onion in hot oil in large skillet over med-high heat for 3 min. Stir in shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink, about 4 min. Transfer to large bowl, let stand for 15 min.
Chop shrimp, return to bowl. Stir in cream cheese & next 10 ingredients.
Cover and chill for 4 hours. Serve with assorted fresh veggies and crusty bread slices, like French baguettes.
