Sherry's Maple-Mustard-Sauced Turkey Thighs

what you need
  • 1 lb. new potatoes, quartered
  • 1 large sweet potato, quartered
  • 2-1/2 lb. turkey thighs, skinned
  • 1/3 cup coarse-grain brown mustard
  • 1/3 cup real maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
make it
Place potatoes in a 3-1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker, place turkey on potatoes.

In small bowl, stir together, mustard, syrup and tapioca. Pour over turkey.

Cover, cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3 to 3-1/2 hours.
Delicious, especially served with warm cornbread drizzled with real maple syrup.
