- 1 lb. new potatoes, quartered
- 1 large sweet potato, quartered
- 2-1/2 lb. turkey thighs, skinned
- 1/3 cup coarse-grain brown mustard
- 1/3 cup real maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
make it
Place potatoes in a 3-1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker, place turkey on potatoes.
In small bowl, stir together, mustard, syrup and tapioca. Pour over turkey.
Cover, cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3 to 3-1/2 hours.
Notes
Delicious, especially served with warm cornbread drizzled with real maple syrup.
