Sherry's Dark Roasted Plums with Sour Cream

what you need
- 4 large dark purple plums, cut in half, pitted
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Breakstone's Light Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp. turbinado sugar

Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Place plums, cut sides down in baking dish.
Stir together water and vanilla, pour over plums. Sprinkle brown sugar over fruit.
Bake for 25-30 min or until skins of plums just start to blister. Divide fruit and syrup evenly among 4 bowls. Top each with sour cream and sugar.
Notes
A very simple dessert, but so yummy. Also low in calories and fat.
