what you need
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft fat-free mayonnaise with olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. low sodium teriyaki sauce
- 2 tsp. minced ginger
- 1 tsp. bottled minced garlic
- 6 (1 oz. slices) rye bread
- 1/2 cup arugula or spinach
- 2 Tbsp. sliced, toasted almonds
- 9 oz. Oscar Mayer slow roasted deli roast beef, thinly sliced

Combine in large bowl, first 4 ingredients; mix well.
Spread 1 tsp. mayo mixture on each of 3 bread slices. Arrange arugula, (or spinach) and almonds on top. Drizzle each sandwich with 1 tsp. mayo mix. Arrange roast beef evenly on top of mayo mix on each sandwich. Drizzle each sandwich with 1 tsp. more of the mayo mix. Top with remaining bread slices.
Wrap each sandwich with plastic wrap, chill at least 1 hr or chill overnight for the next days' lunch.
Notes
Easy made healthy sandwiches. If you make the night before, all you have to do, is grab one and go!
