what you need
  • 6 bratwurst or smoked sausage links, browned and cut into 1/2" slices
  • 4 medium red potatoes, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
  • 1 can (15 oz.) French-cut green beans, drained
  • 1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cubed Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 can (10.75 oz.) cream of celery soup
  • Dash hot pepper sauce
  • 2 cups milk
make it
Place the brats or sausage, potatoes, minced onion, green beans, red pepper, cheddar cheese, Velveeta Cheese, soup, hot sauce and milk into a slow cooker.

Cover and cook on medium for 3 hours or until potatoes are fork tender. If too thick, add a little more milk.

Serve with extra cheddar cheese and chopped scallions.
