what you need
- 6 bratwurst or smoked sausage links, browned and cut into 1/2" slices
- 4 medium red potatoes, cubed
- 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1 can (15 oz.) French-cut green beans, drained
- 1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups cubed Velveeta Cheese
- 1 can (10.75 oz.) cream of celery soup
- Dash hot pepper sauce
- 2 cups milk

Place the brats or sausage, potatoes, minced onion, green beans, red pepper, cheddar cheese, Velveeta Cheese, soup, hot sauce and milk into a slow cooker.
Cover and cook on medium for 3 hours or until potatoes are fork tender. If too thick, add a little more milk.
Serve with extra cheddar cheese and chopped scallions.
