what you need
- 2 lb. lean round steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 can (3 oz.) mushrooms, undrained
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup Breakstone's light sour cream
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. each salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped celery for garnish
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chives for garnish

Brown beef cubes in heated oil in skillet over med-high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring until onions are transparent. Add flour, stirring until cubes are coated. Add undrained mushrooms and celery. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except for garnishes, mix well. Pour over meat and mix. Remove from heat.
Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Turn meat mix into casserole dish.
Bake, covered at 325°F for 1-1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Sprinkle with chopped celery and chopped chives.
