Sherry's Easy Cheesy Veggie Casserole

what you need
  • 1/2 lb. Kraft American Cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, divided
  • 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen veggie blend: broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed, drained
  • 1 cup (about 30) butter crackers
make it
Spray a 1-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut cheese into cubes. Place in sauce pan with 1/4 cup butter. Heat over med heat until melted and smooth, stir often.

Place veggies in casserole dish. Pour cheese mix over veggies. Mix well. Melt remaining butter. Stir in cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over top of casserole.

Bake, uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
Even kids eat their veggies when they taste like this!

Serve with any main course.
