Sherry's Ham-Basil Quiche

what you need
- 1 9-inch pie shell, prebaked
- 1 cup Oscar Mayer 96% Fat Free Ham, diced
- 1 cup Kraft shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup light cream
- Dash salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F. Prebake pie shell for 5 minutes. In bowl, mix ham, cheese and basil. Spread mustard on bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle with ham and cheese mix.
In another bowl, beat eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour mix over ham and cheese mix. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Turn oven temp down to 350°F. Place the pie shell on foil lined baking sheet. Place baking sheet with pie shell on middle rack of oven. Bake, uncovered for 30-35 min or until filling is set and lightly brown.
