what you need
- 1 loaf (1 lb.) frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 cup dried parsley
make it
Place thawed bread dough on lightly floured surface and with a knife dipped in flour, cut the dough in half lengthwise. Then cut each half into 6 or 7 pieces. Roll out each piece to about 1/4-inch thickness.
Combine the melted butter and garlic, mix well. Brush dough with the mix. Lightly sprinkle with parsley. Roll up each piece jelly-roll fashion. Place end up into muffin tins that have been sprayed with cooking spray. Set in a warm place for 1-1 and 1/2 hrs until doubled in size.
Bake in preheated 400°F oven for 12-15 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.
