Sherry's Fettuccine with Fresh Tomato and Basil Sauce

what you need
- 1 lb. fettuccini
- 4 large ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 bunch fresh basil, stems removed, leaves coarsely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Kraft Parmesan Cheese
make it
Cook fettuccini as directed, drain, keep warm.
Combine the tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper in large bowl. Stir, mix well.
Serve over hot cooked fettuccini. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Notes
I love the clean, fresh taste of this pasta dish. Very simple to make. I serve with garlic bread sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
