what you need
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. lean ground beef or lean ground turkey breast
- 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
- 1 can (12 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) tomato soup
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz. medium-sized noodles
- 1 cup Kraft Reduced Fat Grated Cheddar Cheese

In large skillet, add oil, onion and green pepper. Saute until crisp-tender. Add ground beef or ground turkey, stir, brown evenly. Add mushrooms, corn and soup. Mix well, season to taste.
Cook noodles as directed, drain. Mix noodles, meat mix and 1/2 cup cheese. Spray a 2-quart casserole baking dish with cooking oil, spoon mixture into casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Notes
This is a good recipe to use ingredients you've already got on hand. And everyone loves it.
I serve with a salad and crusty bread.
