Sherry's Easy Mushroom-Thyme Gravy

- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) turkey or chicken broth, divided
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1-1/2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
make it
Melt butter in large saucepan. Add onion, cook, stirring occasionally until tender. Add mushrooms, cook until tender.
Pour 1 can of the broth into a medium bowl, whisk in flour until blended. Stir into mushroom mix in pot.
Stir in other can of broth and the thyme. Bring to boil over med-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer for 7 min, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened. Stir in 2 Tbsp. pan drippings from cooked turkey and heat through.
