what you need
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 1 can Green Giant Mexican style corn, drained
- 2 Tbsp. zesty Italian dressing
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) Idahoan instant loaded baked potatoes
- 2 cups Kraft Shredded Mexican Style Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes for garnishing

In large skillet fry hamburger until done about 5 minutes on medium high heat, drain all oil. Pour into a 9x19 casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
Add following: water, tomato paste, drained Mexican corn, zesty Italian dressing, onion powder, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Combine meat mixture well. Topping: mix potatoes as directed on package. Spread over meat mixture. Sprinkle shredded Mexican cheese over potatoes. Sprinkle parsley flakes.
Cook in 350 degrees F oven for 40 minutes, until cheese has melted and a little golden brown.
