Sherry's Cranberry-Glazed Pork Chops

what you need
- 1/2 cup jellied cranberry sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 4 pork loin rib chops 3/4" thick
- Cranberries for garnish

Position oven rack so that top of chops on rack in jellyroll pan will be 6" from heat. Preheat oven to 425°F. In pot, combine cranberry and barbecue sauce, over medium heat, bring to boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 2 min. Remove from heat and reserve.
Combine brown sugar, mustard, thyme, garlic powder, salt and pepper; rub over both sides of chops. Place on rack in jellyroll pan. Brush tops with half of cranberry mix. Roast 15 min.
Preheat broiler. Brush chops with remaining cranberry mix. Broil for another 5 min, or until no longer pink near bone. Garnish with fresh cranberries.
