My Mother’s Macaroni and Cheese

what you need
  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 10 ounces Kraft Cheddar Cheese (1/8 inch thick)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
make it
Boil macaroni until tender.

Put half of macaroni in a 9 x 12 inch baking dish, cover with slices of cheese, add rest of macaroni, cover top of dish with cheese. Mix eggs and milk completely. Pour over mac and cheese. This holds mac and cheese together.

Bake at 350°F until top begins to brown- about 30 to 40 minutes.

I always watched my Mother cook and now I am by myself and have to cook. Thanks Mom
