what you need
- 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cans (10 oz. each) chunk chicken, drained
- 3/4 cup hot sauce (Not Texas Pete)
- 1 cup ranch (or bleu cheese) dressing
- 1.5 cup cheddar cheese, divided
make it
Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl, using half a cup of the shredded cheddar.
Spoon into a 9 x 9 pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Notes
Serve with celery stalks, tortilla chips or chicken-flavored crackers.
