Sesame Noodles with Scallions

what you need
  • 8 oz. linguine pasta
  • 1/3 cup creamy low fat peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Toasted Salad Dressing and Marinade
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. rice vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3/4 cup sliced scallions
  • 1/3 cup lightly salted, coarsely chopped peanuts
make it
In large pot of boiling water, cook pasta as directed, drain, reserve 1/3 cup water.

In large bowl, whisk together peanut butter, salad dressing, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper flakes, and reserved pasta water until smooth.

Add pasta and scallions. Toss until well coated. Serve sprinkled with peanuts.
Notes
This dish can be a main meal or a side meal. Add shrimp or pork and you have a main meal. Delicious either way.
