Spaghetti and Meatball Pie

what you need
  • 8 oz. spaghetti, cooked as directed, drained, cooled
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Kraft Shredded Reduced-Fat Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 jar (16 oz.) reduced-fat Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups frozen cocktail-size meatballs, thawed, about 8 oz.
  • 1 cup frozen mixed veggies, thawed, drained
make it
Toss spaghetti with 1 cup cheese, and eggs.

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray, over medium heat, spread spaghetti mix in skillet. Cook until bottom is slightly crisp, 5 min.

Top with sauce, 1/2 cup cheese, meatballs, veggies, and 1/2 cup cheese. Cover, cook until heated through, 5 min.
