what you need
- 2/3 cup less-sugar apricot preserves
- 1/4 cup less-sugar orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp honey
make it
In small saucepan, combine preserves, orange juice, mustard, and honey.
Bring to boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally until thickened, about 10 min. Remove from heat.
Brush on ham last hour of baking.
Notes
This makes a nice tangy sauce for any ham.
