Tangy Monte Cristo Sandwiches

what you need
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. Dijonnaise mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 8 slices thick bread
  • 8 oz. leftover or Kraft deli sliced ham
  • 8 slices reduced-fat Kraft Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
make it
In shallow dish, beat eggs with 1/4 cup water. In small bowl, combine mustard and relish.

Spread mustard mix over 4 slices bread, top with ham and cheese. Top with remaining bread slices.

Melt 1 Tbsp. butter in large skillet. Dip 2 sandwiches in egg mix, turning once. Cook, turning once until golden, about 2-3 min per side. Repeat with remaining egg mix, bread, ham and cheese.
